Vanilla Shortbread

Ingredients:

Butter unsalted
1250 gr
room temperature
Caster sugar
550 gr
Plain flour
1800 gr
Salt
20 gr
Vanilla powder
1/2 Tsp
1 tbs for extract

Preparation mode:

  1. Combine all at once
  2. Shape in to rolls
  3. Refrigerate or freeze
  4. Slice
  5. Bake shortbread at 165C for 12min, full fan, 0 humidity
