Ingredients:
Butter unsalted
1250 gr
room temperature
Caster sugar
550 gr
Plain flour
1800 gr
Salt
20 gr
Vanilla powder
1/2 Tsp
1 tbs for extract
Preparation mode:
- Combine all at once
- Shape in to rolls
- Refrigerate or freeze
- Slice
- Bake shortbread at 165C for 12min, full fan, 0 humidity
