Vanilla Cake Sponge

Ingredients:

Caster sugar
340 gr
Vegetable oil
330 gr
Buttermilk
250 gr
Eggs
2
large
Plain flour
420 gr
Vanilla powder
2 tsp
Vinegar
2 tsp
Soda bicarbonate
8 gr

Preparation mode:

  1. Whip sugar, oil, buttermilk, eggs and vanilla
  2. Add flour
  3. Combine vinegar and soda, add to the batter
  4. Mix well
  5. Bake at 150 C for 45 min, zero humidity and low fan. Top shelf in the oven
