Vanilla Cake Sponge

Ingredients:

Caster sugar

340 gr

Vegetable oil

330 gr

Buttermilk

250 gr

Eggs

large

Plain flour

420 gr

Vanilla powder

2 tsp

Vinegar

2 tsp

Soda bicarbonate

8 gr

Preparation mode:

Whip sugar, oil, buttermilk, eggs and vanilla
Add flour
Combine vinegar and soda, add to the batter
Mix well
Bake at 150 C for 45 min, zero humidity and low fan. Top shelf in the oven
