Sweet Pastry – Lithuanian – Kapota Tesla
Ingredients:
Margarine
500 gr
Plain flour
500 gr
Sourcream
100 gr
Egg
1
Salt
1 pinch
Lemon juice
2 tbls
Preparation mode:
1. Chop cold margarine with flour and chopping board. Greater could be used.
2. Add the rest of ingredients and gently combine
3. Move pastry to refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
4. Roll out and mark with the fork before baking
