Salted Butterscotch Sauce

Ingredients:

Sugar Demerara
3 kg
Dark Brown Sugar
1 kg
Cream
4 ltr
Salt
40 gr

Preparation mode:

  1. Combine all ingredients together
  2. Bring to boil
  3. Boil for 10 min
  4. Strain
  5. Cool down at room temp over night
  6. Whisk gently
  7. Refrigerate, cover, label
  8. Shelf life 2 weeks
