Runny Liqueur filling or insert for Mousse

Ingredients:

Liqueur any ( Tia Maria, Cointreau etc)
700 ml
Water
2 kg
Caster Sugar
1 kg
Vanilla
1 tsp
Agar agar
5 gr
Vodka
50 gr

Preparation mode:

  1. Combine all ingredients together
  2. Bring to boil
  3. Pour onto trays or into moulds
  4. Cool and freeze
  5. Slice or remove from the moulds while frozen
  6. Insert into ready to go mousse, make sure filling covered with mousse all around to avoid leakages
