Rich Date Pudding
Ingredients:
Butter unsalted
1500 gr
room temperature
Brown sugar
1500 gr
Treacle
200 gr
Eggs

large
Plain flour
1400 gr
Baking powder

Dates
1700 gr
Pour over with 300gr of boiling water
Nutmeg ground

Ginger ground

Preparation mode:
- Soak dates, pour over with boiling water and leave them for a night or 4-6 hours at least before using.
- Cream Butter, sugar and treacle
- Add eggs in 3 stages
- Mix flour and baking powder
- Fold dry ingredients in to the butter first, then soaked dates
- Bake date pudding at 150C for 35-40min ,full fan 0% humidity
