Pastry cream with White Chocolate

Ingredients:

Milk
2 ltr
Egg Yolk
200 gr
Sugar
200 gr
Custard pwder
100 gr
Milk
200 gr
White cocolate
400 gr
Vanilla extract
1 tsp

Preparation mode:

  1. Mix egg yolks, sugar and 200 gr of milk and custard powder
  2. Bring 2 ltr of milk to boil.
  3. pour over egg yolk mix slowly and stir
  4. back on the heat
  5. bring to first couple of bubbles
  6. pour over chocolate
  7. Mix well, refrigerate
