Pastry cream with White Chocolate
Ingredients:
Milk
2 ltr
Egg Yolk
200 gr
Sugar
200 gr
Custard pwder
100 gr
Milk
200 gr
White cocolate
400 gr
Vanilla extract
1 tsp
Preparation mode:
- Mix egg yolks, sugar and 200 gr of milk and custard powder
- Bring 2 ltr of milk to boil.
- pour over egg yolk mix slowly and stir
- back on the heat
- bring to first couple of bubbles
- pour over chocolate
- Mix well, refrigerate
