Pastry Cream

Ingredients:

Milk
324 gr
Egg Yolk
50 gr
Egg White
50 gr
Corn flour
20 gr
Caster sugar
50 gr
White Chocolate
150 gr
Unsalted butter
30 gr
Vanilla pod
1

Preparation mode:

  1. Combine eggs, corn flour leave on the side
  2. Bring to boil milk, sugar, butter and vanilla and temper eggs mix
  3. Back to the pot and on the heat keep stirring until see first couple of bubbles
  4. Pour over chocolate stir well
  5. Refrigerate contact covered
