Opera Joconde Sponge

Ingredients:

Eggs
10
Almonds ground
125 gr
Icing sugar, sifted
125 gr
Plain flour
70 gr
Butter, melted
50 gr
Egg whites
320 gr
Salt
1 pinch

Preparation mode:

Recipe for 1 large frame and makes 2 large sheets

  1. Whip up eggs almonds and icing sugar
  2. Fold in flour and melted butter
  3. Fold in meringue with salt
  4. Bake 180C for 10-12min
