Opera Joconde Sponge
Ingredients:
Eggs

Almonds ground
125 gr
Icing sugar, sifted
125 gr
Plain flour
70 gr
Butter, melted
50 gr
Egg whites
320 gr
Salt
1 pinch
Preparation mode:
Recipe for 1 large frame and makes 2 large sheets
- Whip up eggs almonds and icing sugar
- Fold in flour and melted butter
- Fold in meringue with salt
- Bake 180C for 10-12min
