Ingredients:

Crunchy peanut butter
750 gr
Rolled oats
250 gr
Dried dates
20 units
Coconut oil, melted
250 gr
Dried dates
1.750 kg
Almond milk
625 gr
Maple syrup
125 gr
Coconut oil
500 gr
Vanilla extract
2 tbls
Dark Chocolate
500 gr
Water
400 gr
Maple syrup
100 gr

Preparation mode:

  1. Combine peanut butter, oats, 20 dates and 250 gr coconut oil, blitz with robot coupe
  2. Line as a crust/base, refrigerate
  3. Combine 1.750kg dates, almond milk, maple syrup, coconut oil and vanilla in a sauce pan and bring to boil
  4. Simmer until dates soft
  5. Blend until smooth
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Pour over the base, refrigerate
  8. For the topping, bring to boil water and 100 gr maple syrup and pour over chocolate.
  9. Blitz and glaze vegan cake
  10. Refrigerate, slice, serve
