Milk Chocolate Cupcakes

Ingredients:

Butter
1150 gr
unsalted, soft
Caster sugar
1150 gr
Eggs
20
large
Plain flour
900 gr
Cocoa Powder
250 gr
Soda bicarbonate
20 gr

Preparation mode:

  1. Whip butter and sugar
  2. Add eggs in three stages
  3. Mix flour, cocoa powder and soda together
  4. Add dry in to butter mix
  5. Mix until well combined
  6. Fill up 3/4 of molds and sprinkle some milk chocolate drops on top.
  7. Bake at 160 C for 15min
