Mango Cheesecake
Ingredients:
Cream Cheese, full fat
1.2 kg
Caster sugar
900 gr
Mango puree
1.2 kg
Gelatin
55 gr
Cream, semi
1.5 kg
Preparation mode:
- Whisk cheese and sugar
- Soak gelatin
- Add 2/3 of mango puree in to cheese mix
- Melt gelatin in 1/3 of mango puree
- Combine in cheese mix and whip
- Fold in semi cream
