Mango Cheesecake

Ingredients:

Cream Cheese, full fat
1.2 kg
Caster sugar
900 gr
Mango puree
1.2 kg
Gelatin
55 gr
Cream, semi
1.5 kg

Preparation mode:

  1. Whisk cheese and sugar
  2. Soak gelatin
  3. Add 2/3 of mango puree in to cheese mix
  4. Melt gelatin in 1/3 of mango puree
  5. Combine in cheese mix and whip
  6. Fold in semi cream
