Mango and Lime Chutney

Ingredients:

Diced mangos
600 gr
Caster sugar
80 gr
Lime juice and zest
1
Cornflour
1/2 tsp
Vanilla seeds
1/2 pod
Cinnamon stick
1

Preparation mode:

  1. Dissolve corn flour in lime juice
  2. Pour it over diced mango in a pot
  3. Add sugar, lime zest, vanilla and cinnamon
  4. Bring to simmer stirring or until cornflour fully cooked

Can use fresh or frozen mangoes
