Mango and Levander Sorbet
Ingredients:
Mango puree
1 kg
Water
600 gr
Sugar
500 gr
Gelatin
6 gr
Levander seeds
1 tsp
Preparation mode:
- Bring everything to simmer
- Simmer for 5 min
- Strain Levander off
- Churn or freeze in paco jet tubs
