Lemon Drizzle Cake

Ingredients:

Unsalted butter
1.8 kg
soft
Caster sugar
1.8 kg
Eggs

Lemon zest

Orange zest

Plain flour
1.8 kg
Baking Powder
140 gr

Preparation mode:

  1. Whip butter and sugar
  2. Add eggs in three stages
  3. Add citrus zest
  4. Add dry, mix well

 

  1. Combine Icing sugar with lemon juice to make icing
  2. Drizzle over cake
