Honey Comb

Ingredients:

Caster sugar
400 gr
Corn syrup
150 gr
water
150 gr
Soda bicarb
8 gr

Preparation mode:

  1. Make light caramel from wet with sugar and glucose
  2. Remove from heat
  3. Mix in soda
  4. Pour over silicone mat
  5. Cool down, blitz for powder or store as chunks in an air tight containers.
  6. Should be stored air tight at all times!
  7. Could be stored in freezer
