Hazelnut Meringue

Ingredients:

Egg whites, pasteurized
200 gr
Caster sugar
200 gr
Hazelnuts - skinless, roasted and crushed
200 gr

Preparation mode:

  1. Whip cold meringue
  2. Sprinkle with crushed hazelnuts
  3. Dehydrate at 60 C for 12 hours
