Ingredients:
Cream
1 kg
Milk
1 kg
Caster sugar
500 gr
Nut paste
200 gr
Egg yolk
500 gr
Preparation mode:
- Combine egg yolks and nut paste
- Bring to boil cream, milk and sugar
- Pour over yolks, quick whisk and cover
- Let it cook sitting on the bench not the stove!
Used for Soufflé here
