Hazelnut Ice-Cream

Ingredients:

Cream
1 kg
Milk
1 kg
Caster sugar
500 gr
Nut paste
200 gr
Egg yolk
500 gr

Preparation mode:

  1. Combine egg yolks and nut paste
  2. Bring to boil cream, milk and sugar
  3. Pour over yolks, quick whisk and cover
  4. Let it cook sitting on the bench not the stove!
