Guinness Brownie

Ingredients:

Unsalted Butter
3 kg
Chocolate 70%
800 gr
Large Eggs
48
room temperature
Caster Sugar
4.8 kg
Cocoa Powder
640 gr
Plain flour
1.6 kg
Guinness
3 pint

Preparation mode:

  1. Whisk eggs and sugar
  2. Melt butter and chocolate
  3. Pour into eggs, mix well
  4. Sift cocoa and flour together
  5. Add to the eggs and chocolate mixture
  6.  Make sure no dry lumps left
  7. Add guinness, mix well again
  8. Divide into 4 gastro size trays.
  9. Bake at 150 C for 30 min
