Guinness Brownie
Ingredients:
Unsalted Butter
3 kg
Chocolate 70%
800 gr
Large Eggs

room temperature
Caster Sugar
4.8 kg
Cocoa Powder
640 gr
Plain flour
1.6 kg
Guinness
3 pint
Preparation mode:
- Whisk eggs and sugar
- Melt butter and chocolate
- Pour into eggs, mix well
- Sift cocoa and flour together
- Add to the eggs and chocolate mixture
- Make sure no dry lumps left
- Add guinness, mix well again
- Divide into 4 gastro size trays.
- Bake at 150 C for 30 min
