Ingredients:

Greek Yogurt full fat
1.8 kg
Caster sugar
550 gr
Cream
300 gr
Glucose
30 gr
Salt
15 gr

Preparation mode:

  1. Bring to boil cream, sugar, glucose and salt.
  2. Cool down to 30 C
  3. Combine with yogurt, blitz and churn
