Icing Sugar
60 gr
Proespuma Cold by 'Sosa'
60 gr
xanthan gum
2 gr
Preparation mode:
- Blitz everything with hand blender
- Strain to make sure no lumps left
- Transfer into espuma gun
- Charge twice
- Refrigerate
