Grand Marnier and White Chocolate Parfait
Ingredients:
Egg Whites
200 gr
Caster sugar
200 gr
White Chocolate
150 gr
Grand Marnier
50 gr
Cream, semi
700 gr
Preparation mode:
- Whip meringue
- Melt chocolate and fold in to meringue
- Add brandy
- Fold in whipped cream
- Mold, freeze, serve from frozen. slice if needed.
