Grand Marnier and White Chocolate Parfait

Ingredients:

Egg Whites
200 gr
Caster sugar
200 gr
White Chocolate
150 gr
Grand Marnier
50 gr
Cream, semi
700 gr

Preparation mode:

  1. Whip meringue
  2. Melt chocolate and fold in to meringue
  3. Add brandy
  4. Fold in whipped cream
  5. Mold, freeze, serve from frozen. slice if needed.
