Gluten Free Vegan Pastry Cream
Ingredients:
Almond Milk
1 kg
Dark Brown Sugar
300 gr
Cornflour
120 gr
Vegan Margarine
60 gr
Preparation mode:
- Combine all together
- Bring to boil on slow heat, constantly whisking
- Remove from heat, pour into containers
- Contact cover, label, cool down, refrigerate
- Whip before using
