Ground almonds

Corn flour
415 gr
Gluten free flour
1,440 kg
Salt
16 gr
Icing Sugar
724 gr
Butter unsalted
724 gr

Eggs
420 gr

Preparation mode:

  1. Cream butter and sugar
  2. Add dry ingredients
  3. Roll out to 2mm thick between 2 parchment sheets
  4. Freeze in sheets
  5. Cut to shape while frozen
  6. Bake on an air mat straight away
