Gluten Free Oat Crumbs

Ingredients:

Butter unsalted
400 gr
room temp
Brown Sugar
400 gr
G.F. plain flour
800 gr
Oats gluten free stratified
400 gr
Golden Syrup
200 gr

Preparation mode:

  1. Mix butter and sugar
  2. Add dry ingredients
  3. Mix until dry crumbs formed
  4. Transfer onto baking tray and bake an 170c until fully baked keep stirring every 5 min
  5. Pour over with golden syrup mix and put back into oven and bake until golden brown and well caramelised keep stirring while baking.
  6. Cool down
  7. Store in an air tight container.
