Gluten Free Oat Crumbs
Ingredients:
Butter unsalted
400 gr
room temp
Brown Sugar
400 gr
G.F. plain flour
800 gr
Oats gluten free stratified
400 gr
Golden Syrup
200 gr
Preparation mode:
- Mix butter and sugar
- Add dry ingredients
- Mix until dry crumbs formed
- Transfer onto baking tray and bake an 170c until fully baked keep stirring every 5 min
- Pour over with golden syrup mix and put back into oven and bake until golden brown and well caramelised keep stirring while baking.
- Cool down
- Store in an air tight container.
