Caster sugar

Butter unsalted
1.440 kg
Egg yolks
600 gr
Chocolate 70%
2 kg
Almond Flour
2 kg
Egg whites, whipped
1.6 kg

Preparation mode:

  1. Whip sugar and butter
  2. Add egg yolks one by one
  3. Add melted chocolate
  4. Next ground almond
  5. Last add whipped egg whites

Bake covered with foil at 170C
