Gingerbread biscuits

Ingredients:

Butter, unsalted and room temperature
900 gr
Brown sugar
680 gr
Black treakle
100 gr
Eggs
6
Vanilla extract
3 tsp
Plain flour
1.9 kg
Ginger ground
6 tsp
Cinnamon powder
3 tsp
Baking powder
1 tbls
Nutmeg ground
1 tsp
Salt
5 gr

Preparation mode:

  1. Cream butter and sugar
  2. Add black treacle, eggs and vanilla. Whip up
  3. Add dry ingredients
  4. Refrigerate, roll out and cut
  5. Bake at 165C for 10min
