French Macarons

Ingredients:

Egg whites
445 gr
Caster sugar
600 gr
Ground almond
600 gr
Icing sugar
600 gr

Preparation mode:

  1. Whip meringue
  2. Add food coloring, if needed
  3. Sift or robot coupe icing sugar and almonds
  4. Pour onto meringue
  5. Mix well, but do not over mix!
  6. Pipe on to a clean and new parchment paper sheets
  7. Bake at 130 for 13 min
  8. Refrigerate before taking macarons of the paper
