French Macarons – Orange Filling
Ingredients:
Unsalted butter
225 gr
Icing sugar
200 gr
White chocolate
200 gr
Citric acid
1 tsp
Orange juice & zest
2
Food coloring
red and yellow to make orange
Preparation mode:
- Whip up butter, sugar and citric acid
- Pour melted white chocolate
- Add orange and food coloring
- Give it a good whip
