Ingredients:
Unsalted butter
225 gr
Icing sugar
200 gr
White Chocolate
200 gr
Citric acid
1 tsp
Lemon juice & zest
3
Yellow food coloring
Preparation mode:
- Whip up butter, sugar and citric acid
- Pour melted white chocolate
- Add lemon and food coloring
- Give it a good whip
