Forest Berry Compote

Ingredients:

Mixed Berries
2500 gr
Brown Sugar
400 gr
Vanilla extract
1
Ginger ground

Cornflour
60 gr
dissolve in a glass(200gr) of cold red vine
Red vine
200 gr
Cold

Preparation mode:

  1. Bring to simmer/slow boil berries, spices and sugar
  2. Dissolve cornflour in refrigerated red vine
  3. pour in to boiling berries while mixing
  4. Keep mixing, let cornflour to cook. Compote will  thicken evenly
  5. Don’t cook compote for too long avoid smashing berries
