Forest Berry Compote
Ingredients:
Mixed Berries
2500 gr
Brown Sugar
400 gr
Vanilla extract
1
Ginger ground

Cornflour
60 gr
dissolve in a glass(200gr) of cold red vine
Red vine
200 gr
Cold
Preparation mode:
- Bring to simmer/slow boil berries, spices and sugar
- Dissolve cornflour in refrigerated red vine
- pour in to boiling berries while mixing
- Keep mixing, let cornflour to cook. Compote will thicken evenly
- Don’t cook compote for too long avoid smashing berries
