Filling for Passionfruit Soufflé

Ingredients:

Passionfruit puree
1 kg
Passionfruit compound by Sosa
200 gr
Cornflour
65 gr

Preparation mode:

  1. Combine all cold in sauce pan
  2. Bring to boil while stirring
  3. Cool down contact covered
  4. Transfer in to piping bag, seal and store until required
