Elderberry Marshmallows
Ingredients:
Egg white, pasteurized
200 gr
Caster sugar
200 gr
Elderberry Jam
350 gr
Gelatin
40 gr
Preparation mode:
- Soak gelatin
- Whip meringue
- Bring to boil jam and melt in gelatin
- Pour in to meringue, whip well
- Transfer on to greased try and refrigerate
