Elderberry Marshmallows

Ingredients:

Egg white, pasteurized
200 gr
Caster sugar
200 gr
Elderberry Jam
350 gr
Gelatin
40 gr

Preparation mode:

  1. Soak gelatin
  2. Whip meringue
  3. Bring to boil jam and melt in gelatin
  4. Pour in to meringue, whip well
  5. Transfer on to greased try and refrigerate
