Dulce de lache

Caster Sugar
100 gr
Milk
100 gr
Egg yolks
50 gr
Cream 1
300 gr
Cream 2
900 gr

Preparation mode:

  1. Cook everything except cream 2 like sauce creme anglaise
  2. Blitz in cream 2.
  3. Siphon and refrigerate over night before use
