Dark Chocolate Pannacotta

Ingredients:

Fresh Cream
550 gr
Milk, full fat
250 gr
Dark Chocolate 70%
180 gr
Brown Sugar
130 gr
Gelatine
12 gr
Vanilla seeds
1/2 pod

Preparation mode:

  1. Soak gelatin in the cold milk
  2. Add cream, sugar and vanilla to the milk.
  3. Bring all to simmer stirring
  4. Remove from heat
  5. let it cook for 10-20min
  6. Melt in chocolate
  7. Pour in to moulds and refrigerate overnight
