Dark Chocolate Pannacotta
Ingredients:
Fresh Cream
550 gr
Milk, full fat
250 gr
Dark Chocolate 70%
180 gr
Brown Sugar
130 gr
Gelatine
12 gr
Vanilla seeds
1/2 pod
Preparation mode:
- Soak gelatin in the cold milk
- Add cream, sugar and vanilla to the milk.
- Bring all to simmer stirring
- Remove from heat
- let it cook for 10-20min
- Melt in chocolate
- Pour in to moulds and refrigerate overnight
