Custard Tart

Ingredients:

Fresh Cream
500 gr
Nutmeg
pinch
ground
Egg Yolks
9
Large
Caster sugar
75 gr

Preparation mode:

  1. Combine yolks and sugar
  2. Bring to boil cream and nutmeg
  3. Pour over egg yolks
  4. Stir well
  5. Pour in to tart case
  6. Bake 30-40 min at 120 C
