Coffee Syrup for Opera

Ingredients:

Water
500 gr
Sugar, caster
500 gr
Grand marnier
80 gr
Coffee extract
30 gr

Preparation mode:

Syrup to make 1 large frame of opera cake.

  1. Bring to boil sugar and syrup
  2. Remove from the heat, add brandy and extract
