Coconut and White Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients:

White chocolate chips
4 kg
Fresh cream
1 kg
Malibu
80 gr
Vanilla seeds
1
Coconut desiccated
500 gr
toasted

Preparation mode:

 

  1. Bring to boil cream and vanilla
  2. Pour in Malibu and give a strong boil for 10 sec
  3. Pour over white chocolate
  4. Let chocolate worm up  for 2-3 min
  5. Mix well until chocolate has melted
  6. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours
  7. Shape truffles round any size you like and coat with toasted coconut
