Christmas Afternoon tea Tree Green Glaze

Ingredients:

Water
665 gr
Cream
100 gr
Glucose syrup
300 gr
Caster sugar
300 gr
Gelatin
90 gr
White Chocolate
810 gr
Green food colouring
1 or as needed tsp

Preparation mode:

  1. Bloom gelatin
  2. Combine everything except chocolate and bring to boil
  3. Pour over chocolate ant stir well
  4. Cool down and use
