Choux for Garnishes

Ingredients:

Water
Fat
Flour
Egg White

Preparation mode:

1. Bring to boil water and fat
2. Pour over flour
3. Keep mixing with the mixer until paste comes of the sides of the mixing bowl
4. Add egg whites and pipe on greased trays
5. Bake until golden brown and crispy
