Chocolate Genache for Opera
Ingredients:
Dark chocolate 50%
800 gr
Cream
500 gr
Butter, unsalted
200 gr
Preparation mode:
Makes 1 large frame
- Bring cream and butter to the boil.
- Cool down to 80c
- Pour over chocolate
- Blitz
- Use while runny
