Chocolate Genache for Opera

Ingredients:

Dark chocolate 50%
800 gr
Cream
500 gr
Butter, unsalted
200 gr

Preparation mode:

Makes 1 large frame

  1. Bring cream and butter to the boil.
  2. Cool down to 80c
  3. Pour over chocolate
  4. Blitz
  5. Use while runny
