for garnish

Preparation mode:

  1. Mix sugar, oil, buttermilk, eggs, vanilla
  2. Combine flour, cocoa powder. Mix in to the wet
  3. Combine soda with vinegar, add in to mix
  4. Divide in to 3 full size gastro trays
  5. Bake at 140 C for 45-50 min
  6. Cool down before pouring ganache,
  7. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings
