Chocolate Cake Filling – Lithuanian

Ingredients:

Eggs
250 gr
Caster sugar
400 gr
Butter unsalted
500 gr
room temp
Brandy
40 gr
Instant chocolate powder
100 gr

Preparation mode:

1. Heat eggs on water bath
2. Whip until cools down
3. Add butter and the rest of ingredients

For chocolate glaze use chocolate and vegetable oil.
