Cherry Compote
Ingredients:
Frozen cherries
1 kg
Caster sugar
100 gr
Brandy
10 gr
ginger powder
1/2 tsp
Cornflour
1 tsp
Preparation mode:
- Dissolve corn flour in cold water
- Pour it over defrosted cherries in a souce pan
- Add sugar, orange zest, ginger and brandy
- Bring to simmer stirring or until cornflour fully cooked
