Cherry Compote

Ingredients:

Frozen cherries
1 kg
Caster sugar
100 gr
Brandy
10 gr
ginger powder
1/2 tsp
Cornflour
1 tsp

Preparation mode:

  1. Dissolve corn flour in cold water
  2. Pour it over defrosted cherries in a souce pan
  3. Add sugar, orange zest, ginger and brandy
  4. Bring to simmer stirring or until cornflour fully cooked
