Carrot cake AFT
Ingredients:

Brown sugar
510 gr
Oil vegetable
340 gr
Wholemeal flour
500 gr
Baking powder
40 gr
Ground cinnamon
3 Tsp
Ground nutmeg
2 Tsp
Coconut desiccated
260 gr
Carrots
1 Kg
grated
Golden raisins
260 gr
Preparation mode:
- Whisk eggs, sugar and oil on high speed for 10-15min
- Add dry ingredients and fold in
- Fold in carrots and raisins
- Fill up baking trays
- Bake carrot cakes at 165C for 10-12min
- Cool down before taking out of the molds
