Carrot cake AFT

Ingredients:

Eggs

large
Brown sugar
510 gr
Oil vegetable
340 gr
Wholemeal flour
500 gr
Baking powder
40 gr
Ground cinnamon
3 Tsp
Ground nutmeg
2 Tsp
Coconut desiccated
260 gr
Carrots
1 Kg
grated
Golden raisins
260 gr

Preparation mode:

  1. Whisk eggs, sugar and oil on high speed for 10-15min
  2. Add dry ingredients and fold in
  3. Fold in carrots and raisins
  4. Fill up baking trays
  5. Bake carrot cakes at 165C for 10-12min
  6. Cool down before taking out of the molds
