Carrot Cake for Breakfast and Afternoon tea

Ingredients:

Caster sugar
2 kg
Sunflower oil
2 kg
Eggs
20
large
Plain flour
2 kg
Baking powder
150 gr
Cinnamon powder
1.5 tsp
Garam masala powder
4.5 tsp
Salt
5 tsp
Grated carrots
2 kg
Vanilla extract
2 tbls

Preparation mode:

  1. Whip sugar, eggs, oil and vanilla
  2. Add dry ingredients and rewhip
  3. Put grated carrots and mix well
  4. Divide in 12 tins by 770 gr
  5. Bake at 170 C for 1 hour and Zero humidity
