Carrot Cake for Breakfast and Afternoon tea
Ingredients:
Caster sugar

Sunflower oil
2 kg
Eggs

Plain flour
2 kg
Baking powder
150 gr
Cinnamon powder
1.5 tsp
Garam masala powder
4.5 tsp
Salt
5 tsp
Grated carrots
2 kg
Vanilla extract
2 tbls
Preparation mode:
- Whip sugar, eggs, oil and vanilla
- Add dry ingredients and rewhip
- Put grated carrots and mix well
- Divide in 12 tins by 770 gr
- Bake at 170 C for 1 hour and Zero humidity
