Caramelised Apples in Jelly

Ingredients:

Green Apples
10
Caster sugar
750 gr
Gelatin
40 gr

Preparation mode:

  1. Clean apples
  2. Scoop small apple balls
  3. Make caramel from wet
  4. Add apples and cook until tender
  5. Add soaked gelatin
  6. Use silicone moulds – put cooked apple and cover with caramel jelly
  7. Set and freeze.
  8. Demould from frozen
