Candied Lemon

Ingredients:

Lemons
1 kg
Water
1.5 kg
Caster Sugar
2 kg

Preparation mode:

  1. Rinse lemons with warm water
  2. Slice in to 3mm slices
  3. Cook on a slow heat in a sugar syrup until candied
  4. Cool down in the syrup over night
  5. Transfer in to an air tight container and store in the fridge for up to 1 month.
