Buttermilk and Lime Ice-Cream
Ingredients:
Cream
1 ltr
Caster sugar
500 gr
Egg yolk, pasteurized
500 gr
Buttermilk
1 ltr
Lime zest and juice

Preparation mode:
- Bring to boil cream sugar and lime
- Pour over egg yolks
- Mix well, cover and leave to cook
- Add buttermilk, blitz with hand blender
- Freeze
