Buttermilk and Lime Ice-Cream

Ingredients:

Cream
1 ltr
Caster sugar
500 gr
Egg yolk, pasteurized
500 gr
Buttermilk
1 ltr
Lime zest and juice

Preparation mode:

  1. Bring to boil cream sugar and lime
  2. Pour over egg yolks
  3. Mix well, cover and leave to cook
  4. Add buttermilk, blitz with hand blender
  5. Freeze
