Bulmers Sorbet
Ingredients:
Bulmers cider
2 ltr
Cinnamon
1 pinch
Salt
1 pinch
Lemon Juice
200 gr
Sugar, caster
500 gr
Profruta by Sosa
2 tbls
use 20gr of gelatin if don't have stabiliser
Preparation mode:
- Bloom gelatine if using
- Bring to simmer all the rest of ingredients (Do Not Boil)
- Add gelatin if using
- Churn or freeze in paco jet tubs
