Bulmers Sorbet

Ingredients:

Bulmers cider
2 ltr
Cinnamon
1 pinch
Salt
1 pinch
Lemon Juice
200 gr
Sugar, caster
500 gr
Profruta by Sosa
2 tbls
use 20gr of gelatin if don't have stabiliser

Preparation mode:

  1. Bloom gelatine if using
  2. Bring to simmer all the rest of ingredients (Do Not Boil)
  3. Add gelatin if using
  4. Churn or freeze in paco jet tubs
